Device not permanently modified or rooted beyond factory configuration

Return Process

Contact support to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Ship the item using the provided instructions
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

Refunds

Issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
