Ottawa, Ontario / March 23, 2026 — XTC Mobile today announced that Dan Anixt, a highly experienced U.S.-based legal executive, will join the company as Chief Legal Officer, strengthening the company’s leadership bench as it advances its growth strategy in secure mobile communications, enterprise mobility, and strategic capital markets execution.
Anixt brings senior executive and Chief Legal Officer / General Counsel-level experience advising high-growth businesses through critical stages of expansion, strategic financing, operational scaling, and transition through liquidity events. Over the course of his career, he has served as a key legal and business partner to leadership teams navigating venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and initial public offerings.
His background includes substantial expertise in domestic and international transactions, technology licensing, government contracting, regulatory compliance, crisis management, complex commercial and intellectual property litigation, and large-scale negotiation of global technology agreements spanning cloud computing, software, networking, and hardware distribution. He is also recognized for his work in data privacy and GDPR, as well as his successful management and resolution of multi-million-dollar litigation and regulatory matters.
For XTC Mobile, the appointment adds meaningful depth to the company’s legal, governance, and transaction capabilities at a time when disciplined execution, strategic partnerships, and investor readiness are increasingly important.
