Meet your business’s mobile companion

Your business moves with you.
Now your tools can, too.

Your phone carries your working life. Your identity is here. Your customers are here. So are your conversations, accounts, files, and the people you need to reach. XFoneOS Assistant brings those connections into a mobile experience built around Privacy. Security. Control.

XFoneOS Assistant is XTC Mobile’s application for accessing supported personal and business services, managing accounts, and exploring trusted-device awareness. On LynX Phone, it works alongside XFoneOS and its device services. It is also offered as an app for users with compatible Android phones. The iOS version is coming soon.

The problem it tackles is familiar: too many disconnected accounts, uncertainty about where information lives, and the work of putting everything back together when a phone changes. The Assistant gives those everyday concerns a common starting point, while Virtual Radar adds a view of nearby device observations.

Less time piecing together your digital working life. More attention for the business in front of you.

01 / My Identity

Start with an identity that belongs on your device.

Business depends on knowing who you are dealing with. My Identity gives your device a cryptographic identity: a key-based foundation for recognition and trust, rather than just another email address and password. On LynX Phone, that identity is created locally and remains separate from your XFoneOS service accounts.

The private identity key stays inside Android Keystore. My Identity displays the protection level reported by the device, including hardware-backed protection where supported. Its public-key fingerprint provides a way to distinguish this identity from another. The permanent identity is not placed in public Bluetooth advertisements; unknown devices see rotating anonymous identifiers instead.

For business, the value is a clearer foundation for trusted interactions without broadcasting your permanent identity to everyone nearby.

02 / My Accounts

Bring your connections under control.

Your working life rarely fits into one account. There is the business account, the personal account, and the services each one is entitled to use. My Accounts brings supported account management into the Assistant, with controls to add, modify, test, and remove configured accounts.

You can manage multiple XFoneOS accounts and retrieve account and service information from the XFoneOS service. Email-account controls help you check incoming and outgoing connectivity without sending a test message. Removing an XFoneOS account from the app removes its local configuration and saved credential; it does not delete the server-side account.

XFoneOS service credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a key protected by Android Keystore. That makes account control practical: see what is connected, check it, and remove the local connection when you no longer need it.

03 / My Phone

Because your business should survive a change of phone.

A phone is more than hardware. It is the place where your contacts, accounts, communications, and working day come together. My Phone brings device information and the entry points for backup, restoration, migration, and security-related management into one place on LynX Phone.

Its recovery approach treats contacts, calendars, and other services as things that need to work after a move—not merely as apps that need to be reinstalled. Recovery status and available repair actions help expose the gap between having an application installed and having its service configured.

The business objective is continuity: less uncertainty when a device is replaced, repaired, or restored. Backup coverage and available recovery actions depend on the device, configured services, permissions, and release. Automatic recovery orchestration is continuing development, rather than a promise that every app and account can be restored without intervention.

04 / My Email / My Mail

Keep the conversation moving.

Proposals arrive by email. So do approvals, introductions, and the message that changes tomorrow’s priorities. The Assistant’s My Mail experience provides personal and business mailbox access within the same environment as your accounts and contacts.

The email implementation includes multiple-account support, inbox and message viewing, and account connection tests. Account configuration stays on the device, with saved credentials protected through Android Keystore. Provider support and sign-in requirements depend on the mail service and configuration.

For a professional moving between roles, the advantage is straightforward: supported mailboxes and their account controls are close at hand. AI-generated email summaries and drafting are development goals; they are not presented here as generally available mail features.

05 / My Contacts

Your relationships, with their context.

Your contact list is the human side of your business: customers who trust you, colleagues you rely on, and specialists you need at the right moment. My Contacts gives the Assistant a view of contacts available on the phone and the account sources associated with them, with your permission.

That source information matters when personal and business address books coexist. Contacts provided by configured services can appear through the phone’s contact system, while My Cloud integration supports the private-service synchronization path. Synchronization depends on an authorized account and a working sync configuration.

The result is a more useful starting point for finding the right person and understanding where their information comes from. Granting contact access is a deliberate step; it is not a reason to assume every connected account or address book is automatically available.

06 / My Cloud

Give your working information a home.

A phone should connect you to your information wherever work takes you. My Cloud is the Assistant’s entry point into XTC Mobile private-cloud services, bringing cloud access and the supporting account relationship into the XFoneOS ecosystem.

The cloud service supports storage and synchronization workflows, including the infrastructure used for contacts and calendar synchronization. Capacity and service entitlements depend on your account and package. Backup and recovery also depend on what has been configured and successfully synchronized.

For a small business, this creates a path to private services without assembling every component from scratch. For an organization, it opens the conversation about where information is hosted, who administers it, and how the service fits your operational requirements.

07 / My Calendar

Keep the day connected to the rest of your work.

Meetings and commitments belong alongside the people and accounts that make them meaningful. My Calendar forms part of the Assistant’s synchronization and recovery experience, using configured calendar services rather than assuming your schedule lives in one provider’s account.

On XFoneOS, the My Cloud synchronization path supports contacts and calendars together. My Phone can surface calendar synchronization status and the need for configuration or repair. Available actions depend on the installed service components and permissions.

The benefit is a more connected working setup: your calendar is part of the service picture when you configure or recover the phone. This is not a claim that the Assistant autonomously schedules meetings or offers a separate full-featured calendar editor.

08 / My Trust Network

Make nearby connections meaningful.

A list of nearby radio signals tells you very little about whom to trust. My Trust Network adds the relationship layer: manage the people and devices you trust, and view relevant observations through Virtual Radar.

The system distinguishes trusted relationships from unknown observations. Participating devices use transponder functions to support discovery, while trust management gives the user a say in which relationships matter. A nearby signal alone does not establish someone’s identity or prove that a device is safe.

For teams on the move, this brings a useful new dimension to the phone: awareness of participating trusted devices nearby, with trust information that helps make sense of the view.

09 / Invite

Bring your people into the experience.

Useful services become more valuable when the people you work with can join you. Invite provides an account invitation path into the XTC Mobile ecosystem, helping you introduce a colleague or contact to their own account and available private services.

Account activation, service provisioning, and included capacity follow the current offer and account entitlements. An invitation is an introduction to the ecosystem; it does not automatically enroll the recipient in a trusted-device relationship.

It is a practical way to start a conversation with your team about a more deliberate approach to mobile services.

10 / Products, Services & Channel Tools

Let the Assistant grow with your business.

Products & Services gives users a route to explore LynX Phone, XFoneOS, SecureCell, and XTC Mobile services. The aim is a continuing relationship with the tools your business uses, with account entitlements determining which services apply.

For authorized members of the XTC Mobile Marketing Ecosystem, the Assistant also includes sales workflows such as creating quotes and managing opportunities. These are role-dependent tools for eligible channel users, rather than a promise that every subscriber receives a general-purpose enterprise CRM.

Whether you are choosing your next service or helping a customer choose theirs, the Assistant gives that journey a place within the mobile experience.

Virtual Radar

Awareness starts
with what’s around you.

Virtual Radar turns nearby device observations into a visual experience within XFoneOS Assistant. On LynX Phone, its radar view combines observations and trust indicators with controls for scanning, sounds, alerts, and automatic range.

For a mobile team or a site demonstration, that means a way to explore the radio environment and distinguish participating trusted devices from unknown observations. Device visibility depends on what a device transmits, supported radios, operating-system permissions, and the surroundings.

Range is an estimate. Awareness is the advantage. Signal strength helps estimate proximity; bearing and position depend on the observations and location data available. Virtual Radar does not identify every nearby phone or read the private contents of another device.

Radio signal strength supports range estimates. Position and bearing depend on available observations, movement, and location data; results vary with the environment.

Start with your Android phone.
Go deeper with LynX Phone.

Use XFoneOS Assistant on a compatible Android phone to explore the supported app and service experience. Availability depends on your Android version, device hardware, permissions, service configuration, and package. The app does not replace Android or add XFoneOS’s operating-system protections to an ordinary Android device.

On LynX Phone, the Assistant sits alongside the XFoneOS foundation and its integrated device services, including the XFoneOS-specific synchronization and recovery paths. That makes LynX Phone the natural choice for an organization seeking the combined phone, operating system, and Assistant experience.

iPhone users: the iOS version is coming soon. Platform-specific features will be detailed as that release becomes available.

What comes next

More assistance.
With you in control.

XTC Mobile is developing AI assistance for tasks such as drafting correspondence, summarizing email, and working with authorized service context. These capabilities are development objectives, with availability to be announced by release. The direction is practical: help people work with their information while making permissions, service access, and the limits of each feature clear.

Today’s opportunity starts with bringing your mobile services into focus. The next step is seeing how that experience fits your working day.
