Our Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage

XTC Mobile (“we,” “our,” “us”) warrants that its hardware products, including the LynX Phone and SecureCell, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of original retail purchase (“Warranty Period”).

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, XTC Mobile will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the hardware defect at no charge using new or refurbished parts;
  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater functionality;
  • Exchange the product for a refund of the original purchase price.

2. Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes;
  • Damage caused by service performed by anyone not authorized by XTC Mobile;
  • Consumable parts, such as batteries, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
  • Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or broken ports that do not affect functionality;
  • Damage resulting from software, firmware, or any third-party applications;
  • Units with tampered, missing, or altered serial numbers, IMEI numbers, or warranty seals.

3. How to Obtain Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, you must:

  1. Contact XTC Mobile Customer Support at tech@xtcmobile.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
  2. Follow return instructions provided, including packaging the product securely and shipping it to the address provided.
  3. Pay for inbound shipping costs; XTC Mobile will cover the cost of return shipping for repaired or replaced units.

4. Limitations of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, XTC Mobile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

XTC Mobile’s total liability under this warranty shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the hardware.


5. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the product was originally purchased. Any disputes arising from or related to this warranty will be resolved under these laws.


6. Additional Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state, province, or country.
